the helm is a real heartbreaker, not sure why it hit lvl43 req, maybe the rep mod being 20sec instead of 33sec?

not sure if the belt is high enough life, i know regen is usually preferred for vlld belts?
e/ after looking at the 9-18guidelines, this might be better than i initially thought, but looks like the str might be too low for gg

Belt might have value not sure, Death Set is hard to beat from what i understand (Cannot Be Frozen)

the helm is level 43 and Rockstopper is better, res/dr%/fhr
