lvl 18 what? zeal/conc? none. no npc can sell you a 5 os war scepter.

10fcr 3bham 2conc magic base Lvl 18 or less req. I was at drog shopping in nm with my hi level when I posted this. I thought I fixed this post other day. Guess not.

i think maybe act 3 normal with either high lvl so its capped or a lvl 15-18 char


but then again ive never shopped anything of real value.


need to determine at what alvl +1 pcomb skill can spawn on war scepter, (or whatever scepter base you want)


shopping: ilvl of shopped items is determine by char lvl +5 (char entering town)
