im guessing this wsnt found in these area so pretty much guaranteed 3os because ilvl25+ will get 3os

only if it was found in these normal areas it would get 2os

agreed, pretty much guaranteed 3 os. but if you're buying for thousands of FG you dont want 99% chance, imo. its a 5 fg service to give buyers a prettier picture.
