I heard something about elemental damage not being good for lld weapons, like this. Can anyone elaborate or give insight? Cuz I've also heard it doesn't matter from others

Yes because a lot players wear string of ears or vipermagi, so a weapon with 1-4 fire damage is equivalent to up to -300 damage. It essentially turns a godly weapon into a brick.

It’s not ideal to have, but it certainly doesn’t turn a weapon useless.

also should note that because of res, pvp penalty, etc, you need to stack so much ele dmg to get past MDR bug that it's bad almost no matter how much you have.
