Is it possible to get an insight staff with +1 shiver armor and +1 thunderstorm
Lvl req 30 or less
I made a lld caster and I want to have insight on swap with those 2 mods

What would somthing like this cost?

Thunderstorm wont work if not hard pointed, if you precast it, itll work while ur on that weapon, but if u sub off and have 0 into tstorm, ull see the visual aura under ur sorc, but it wont proc or do anything
