So I bought a level 30 req eth rep naga from someone, just added a socket and when I went to shael it, it goes from level 30 to 34. No idea why this is happening so I'm curious to know if any of you do

They did not say anything about it, but I also don't know if they knew about this happening too. It was 350 FG and the first LLD piece I ever bought, but looking at the nagas that came after it, and the price they sold it to me at, they probably knew. But it was 350 FG so I'm not too disappointed.

How can I tell if a naga has been upgraded? I see level 29 nagas with shaels, and see a few listed for level 30 with no sockets which was how mine is. Are level 30s upgraded to nagas?

30 ias wouldn't be upgraded

Otherwise have them socket a shael rune in it prior to trade

short story, i dind't know and noone asked.

longer story, i bought this for over 6 month ago and for way more fg.
i bought it as an charger weapon for a hammerdin, but found out that the str req was just too high for a hammerdin. lower req = more life.
So for a month or two ago i found an battlehammer instead and start making the hammerdin.
i have never used or socket that naga with anythink, and i just sold it in the topic down to try to claerout some of the stuff i just have but never use.

So i dindt know this was upped, but it would still have been able to use afaik with an jewel 20ed15max dmg.

i don't understand why you reach out for me AFTER you have sold the Naga to Charsi. :S
