Not sure if this base is ever used in vlld lvl 9 format but found an "interesting" claymore the other day with following stats:

20-48 twohand damage
47%ED
adds 1-4 damage
13 AR
2 sockets

or 5 socked Zepter with + Skills.

But if you find a good 2 handed sword with gg adds it can have a worth

Not only that, but the minimum criteria for a good eth rep VLLD weapon is either: blade talons or war hammer (with everything you said PLUS amplify damage).

Short sword/scepter/scimitar/anything else isn't going to cut it even with perfect stats.
