Got a question for lv 18 players. I'm not an lld guy, but I've always kept my eyes open for lld gear. I picked up a ton of loot over my time. Yet every time I had thought I found a solid lld belt, I found out it was charsi.

That's not one of those times I think. If anyone could verify, great, but if not, could someone give me a general idea?

This belt needs 24 fhr ideally but its still
Usable imo as atemp dual res for a caster
