Hello East fellas

I've been talking with tshaman and he somehow tickled my interest in buliding lvl30 chars on East where LLD is still active.

What is the GM ruleset you guys are referring to? Appart from 'teleport allowed on all chars', I don't know what differs from the holy EU ruleset (I admit being a pagan though, using tp staves on nec & barb).

As to the builds and considering the fact that I'd like to join tvts, is there too much of this or too much of that at the moment?

I've played almost all possible builds but the ones I've most performed with are es blizz / trapsin / smite-charge din so those are the ones I'd be leaning towards.

if u have europe lag, the easiest are either hdin bowa or trapper

sorcs can have 75 block here not 65 cap

as far as rep limits i dont think anyone cares anymore
