Is it possible to get all these on a scimitar? or a cutlass? ideally the scim will be sub lvl 21

yup you can gamble em. Imbue would take forever if eth desired

fastest is to use magic, then laz it, and stick some shael or jewels inside

or gamble for that rare ias/ctc amp scim or cutlass

you can upgrade that scim to cutlass also, but it will increase the lvl req.

The level 25 one could have 150%ed

yeah I was just showing that it goes to lvl 25 with exceptional base, since he wants lvl 21. So bassically scim is one of only options. War scepter is pretty fast too

You can get up to 105% edmg 2 os 20 ias with 5% ctc amp and either eth/rep or +20 max/non rep on any base normal item and a few exceptional (cudgel) for lvl 18 or lower. adjust up to 150 edmg for lvl 25 wpn and 165 edmg for 30 or lower assuming no cube upgrades.

flail and war scepter are your ideal bases here in any event sub lvl 25. scimitar has awful base dmg, unless you’re aiming at some sort of weapon speed based char, but even then flail is gonna give you a better performance (ele dmg/range). if youre doing some ridiculous wolf druid build kris is better due to str/dex dmg boost with knives.

At lvl 25 cutlass has still shit dmg with a whopping base -30 speed. Divine scepter or knout may be better dmg wise with -10 speed.

odds of these mods all coming together are very low of course especially now.
