Forget about cubing. Affix pool is so wide you'll run out if fg buying pgems before cubing few of them.

P8 game normal cows should be a good place to go, but honestly i would just focus on farming hrs or gambling and selling stuff for fg and then buy 15/12 for fg. Grinding for one specific stats on item is pointless in this game

Play other games like cs:go or osrs and trade items there for massive fg then overpay on jsp

Normal cows won't get you this affix because normal cows have a mlvl of 28.

so where to get it better?

nightmare travincal is a great place to farm many different LLD items. and nightmare cows. easy to stack mf on a barb and hork nightmare trav since the dmg needed can be achieved by a mercenary using insight for all the killing.
