Yeah it allows people that do not have atd on gear to use a pskull in shield and sacrifice a dmg jewel.

Like I said, I can drop it to 19atd, but anyone with atd4 on gear or more (on shield per example can roll up to atd6) will not be able to put even a flawless (atd16) in the said shield.

Then someone without atd on gear can put flawless and have atd16.

Idk, I mean id someone wanna have atd20, nothing will prevent him to run atd19 which isnt far off atd20.

we talked about this in Discord and u know my opinion. if u wanna run 20 thats fine it only helps my barb haha

havent tested this tbh but i like the 20 just cause its even # lol and it's so easy to get 20. Just pop a p skull in it! lol and i agree with with you. 19 isnt far off from 20. just let it be.

If more entrants are needed for melee I can recall my pally from open and do melee, won't use charge.
