roll a magic from act 1 with pgems til you get waht you want, can take forever and be expensive but a 3bone armor temp is easy to get this way

U mean buy one from gheed in normal diff and rerolling?
No Matter Char lvl or something else?

what skills do you want?

cant buy nec heads from gheed

find a magic one in act 1 and reroll with pgems if you want 3 bone armor and thats about it. ofc it would be nice to roll with clay golem etc also but its tough
