why do i keep making this mistake??? it was a level 30 jewel

same thing happened on a rare armor. I thought when it made it 40+ i wasnt paying attention to the jewels and that it was my fault but after seeing this and knowing for a fact 8-15 is a level 30 jewel.. the fuck? ive wasted 2k+ on jewels. its discouraging me from getting into lld lol

You can't soc a jewel higher then level 18 into this. This is why its putting it over the level req. If it wasn't up'd you could stick a 25+ jewel but since its up'd can only have a level 18 jewel tops.

my heads exploding.. 21 years never heard of this lmao.

so what about this rare armor, what was the issue here? because it is also an exceptional armor? you telling me ppl are putting level 18 jewels in ornate plates?

Depends for instance , if it was upgraded then yes. If it was found as that base then no. This only occurs when items have been upgraded.



If it was found as the base ornate then no any jewel will work but if upgraded from ancient then yes.

If u upgraded a item he have +5lvl requier..
If ur jewel on it have more level requier that creat jewel level requier +5.
U have probably os it with jewel level 30. Lvl jewel requier+upped 5lvl requier = 35

If this armor is upped u need jewel level 25 requier max on it. Try with crap jewel lvl 25 before use a good jewel

Ironically the example used in this topic explainins how level reqs work for upgraded items is a twitch.

You can't upgrade stuff and put the jewels in, this is why it's a pretty big deal in LLD for sellers of like lvl 25-30 items (like ornates or nagas, for example) to prove whether or not it's upgraded
