Introduction

i will go into detail for the sorc vs assasin matchup in this post.
For me it makes no sense at all to write my thoughts about rules with the rules we have right now, so i take my previouse sorc rule topic as a base to write the following rule setup.
so every information here is:
Es has to use lidles
Es cannot use RBFC

Lets start with Fire
Dont look at the resistances here, i was drunk and forget to add the missing res, can be done via inventory or jewel
Fire sorc

The picture below, dont use token to equip a twitchtroe, so no token used at all. it goes back to 2440 mana, 1klife+ and high dmg.

ES FB Lidless MB setup can use TG with no effort. i post one picture with items that i own ( so its not voodoo items, its just real bros ) the picture below is what it looks like, looks concerning, i can tell you. you tank a trapper because of 2.4 fhr patch.




Lets come to the part where es fb lidless sorc is allowed to use rbfc, lets pump those ROOKIE NUMBERS UP!!!
--> when rbfc is allowed for es, you loose stats because you cannot use 9str/9dex jewels, the following picture is a little bit off, because i had to add 15str to the amulet, remove points from energy and put it into strenght, do not be to serious about this little trick, little drunk and canno be arsed to re calculate all, but this still gives you an overview how es sorc with rbfc looks in case of wearing a TG.
Read carefull here now: this es sorc can have circ/lidless/twitch/orb with stats jewels instead of rbfc in stash to switch easy back to when block is needed, so no stat loose. that is so incredible strong ( no vita can do that )
Conclusion, do not let the es sorc do that. --> rule: es sorc cannot use rbfc



If this is not concerning to you, i dont know what will be. i am tired of this. will post the vita version tomorrow. Tired of explain the obvious.

es blizzard dont need tg vs assa anyway
es blizzard stronger survivability wise than vita
vita need dmg buff because lower survivasbility and no way to eq tg.

blizzard is sorc is the least we should look at in terms of tg.

es shouldnt be allowed rbfc neither whitsatns


light sorc

es light = dead dont try to balance
vita light = dead dont try to balance just keep the general rule

es no rbfc
es must use lidless

Better remove tg from sorc instead of increase fire res of Assa ( check tomorrow )

Most likely outcome will be ( because tg will not be useable by vita because of missing stats ) general rule: no tg ( apply To java too, will not go in detail for obvious reasons lol )

Allow vita rbfc to have dmg advantage = no problem vita sorc goes yolo

Add maxroll vita with tg no rbfc because missing stats
Add maxroll vita without tg rbfc
Add maxroll es whitstans rbfc ( this will be hilarious strong lol )

Demand for the moment:

Es no rbfc
Es no whitstans
Es and vita, no tg so: sorc= no tg ( yes vs all, java Blabla all)

Explain why no tg on vita vs assa when full rbfc + maxroll

In case TG not allowed, we will entirly change the build, because we dont need to much stats on the items, no stat jewels in every item.
If RBFC rule is allowed on es fb, it looks like this. Check the items, its not with perfect items but with my items.

i think i dont have to explain why rbfc would be a very bad idea on a es fb with no tg allowed.

Conclusion: We have seen the stats in post 1 with TG allowed --> my demand: no tg

This, is how a es sorc should look like imo
This way, we make vita great again, do not have to buff the assasin into oblivion with fires res.
because we have good es we can take some hits, because of fhr change we just telepolrt away if we decide to play more agressive.
Fire vita WILL have allways problems in a 1 vs 1 against assasin but it is how it is.

Es is strong

Vita fire

With rbfc and 2 sock orb. The vita sorc with no tg has the following stats (3/10 amu and 3/20/2 circ )

20200 fb dmg
Arround 1200 life
Arround 650 mana ( you don’t have much time to teleport arround )

Comparison to es In playstyle.

You HAVE to end the Duell pretty quick because your mana do not allow you to teleport arround. The assassin need to be prepared to fight against a sorc that has 2 try’s to kill the assa. This are 30 seconds Duell with insane intense.

Initial telestomp = on best case it will kill the assa
Second and last telestomp = after your first stomp, you have very very low life and nearly no mana left, this is the last chance.

Counter tactic of ass can be: run away to make the sorc run out of mana

That’s said, we need that high dmg.

We can switch to rare circlet and rare amulet that will increase our life and our mana. Life+120 and a little more mana. You have to balance the best out come depend on, how good you are with telestomp.

This playstyle is so different to the es sorc that you really should consider that class to play!
We need a simple rule change to:

Es can not use rbfc ( why would I play vita in the first place when es can use rbfc )

Final summary on sorc rule in short words

Es sorc must use lidless —> i Don’t know, for poor people that do not have the penny’s for twitchthroe/lidless build, they might are in trouble. Simple 3/20/3 orb is like 1k I think.

Es sorc may not use rbfc —> to prevent high dmg numbers on es and make vita as class playable

No insight in 1vs1 —> will lead to defensive gameplay, we have already dmg advantage, USE this advantage!

Replenish —> I don’t know, if there is rep on a nice item, it would be a pitty to have a no rep rule. Guess it’s how it is. 10rep ok

Forget to add: maybe few chars need little more fire res like +5

I can give a share sorc with all needed items, if you want to test.
