i want a duel char in every division (9/18/30(zon)/48) of low level duels working on a zon(30) right now

can you help me get a quick jump to these other lld divisions with gear char build suggestions please for

level9 duels char/build/why

level18 duels char/build/why

and finally lvl 48 duels char/build/why

if i can have my way i would make them all barbs lol
what are the best go-to setups to jump in and be able to handle the old school lld gear collectors with outrageous and godly gear

if your making a 30 zon there is no reason not to make one for level 49 as well
level 9 is click and hold and the most item dependent. and a jabber is also very strong there.
level 18 is very item dependent as well.
