Useless because at best you could get 40x 6 poison damage over 3 seconds. That's 240 poison damage over 3 seconds.

After PVP penalty, resistances, and death's gloves, you would do 240/64 = 3.75 damage over 0.75 seconds. And you just wasted your entire inventory.

Best case scenario, your opponent doesn't use death's gloves and has only 30% resistances from Anya quests: 42 damage over 3 seconds (pretty good damage at level 9).
