someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it's worth anything at the moment. Everyone at lvl 9 seems to already have temp jewels and are only looking for top gg jewels. I was able to sell a couple 20ed/9max jewels, but even those are hard to sell as they are only Temps.

Don't throw away though in case you want to start a lvl 9 of your own.
