since it was uped by the previous owner from a pike, yes if you use a jewel lvl 26 or higher it will come out to lvl 31 or 34 req.
There are plenty of jewels lvl 20-25 that would be nice in this so I didnt complain to much.

I would love to have a 30 ias eth rep one for my ww lance barb lol. Originally I was after a blue eth rep lance for my all blue barb lld barb. Couldnt pass it up at the time either so its been with me since.
I did manage to locate a guy with a eth/rep 2 sock blue lance that dropped as a lance but he wouldnt sell it. I offered rediculous amounts for it and still he wouldnt budge.
