I feel like he needs to build some of these chars he talks about useing these items on and let him duel vs some of our 9s or 18s or hell he can meet my lvl 15 for shits and giggles so he understands we're trying to explain why these items just arnt viable lol

this is exactly correct, everyone thinks they have a cool char idea until it gets 10-0'd by a budget meta char and cant even take 1 HP off a trophy meta char.

im all for off meta builds, built them for over a decade, but this just aint it lol

exactly lol. I have over 10 fully built lvl 18 ready to duel whenever and I've been testing theories on there gear and setups since 2003. I'm always welcome to new items but some things ive tested way to many times and know they don't work

is this shield worth anything for level 9 duels? found in ladder.

would this be something for maybe a TS sin or would it need dtm? and how dose kite stack up vs bone?

Are there builds/classss that would prefer +1 to all skills rather than +2 to specific class tree?

Does the value of the circlet/amulet drop too much if its +1all vs +2specific tree?

Is there a high demand for lvl18 circlets/amulets?
I would guess lld30 bigger market but wouldn't mind farming for lvl18 if I can provide value there and there is a good payout. It would probably even be easier to farm for lvl18 than lvl30 anyway.. but i suppose for that same reason they aren't as valuable?
