best bet is gonna be circlets. lvl 18-30 circlets can be very valuable. weps are gonna be hard without eth they would have to be very high end with like 140-165ed and things like 30ias/amp/-req on things like harpoons for lvl 30s and same kinda thing for throwing spears for lvl 18 but 20ias not 30. ammys and circlets are best bet to gamble for.
