i dont play d2, and so i could care less. but the ruleset that 99% of players use bans enchant. unless u carry it in your inventory.

even if it didnt ban it the damage it gives would be almost zero, its a tiny boost to AR, and most chars dont need AR that badly. so even if it wasnt banned its still almost useless.

more of a PvM boot then LLD but yes a good boot. base is a little high str for llds and PSN res isn't very desired but all the other mods and rolls are good

rare shields need 2 os unless they're eth/rep high def, even then typically not expensive 1 os.

1 socket in shield = 24 max dmg, which is = to 8x small charms. so 1 jewel adds as much dmg as 20% of your whole inventory.

that said PLR is not a highly desired mod, many builds can use deaths gloves on swap if they face a plague java, and rabies are rare. poi nova is just underpowered.
