I don't know. Why not take a ring for 4 ice blast, save three skillpoints and any orb, for example warmth

because a sorc can stat ice blast?

so you get lvl 4 ice blast from 6, 7, 8 & 9. then 3 on top of that from the orb. +1 for sigons. so its lvl 8 vs lvl 4.

charged items are never really worth much, outside of a few niche items. i noticed u post a lot of those, fyi they're charsi like ur bash helm, hammer shield, etc.

war scepters with +sacrifice and ed/ar, ed, or ar are worth something. most others arent.

That's ridiculous. Why resistances not needed at level 9? Firstly. And secondly, it's not a duel, it's one shot, one death, which is no fun at all.

Come on, answer my friend, you're the one who's been telling everyone that level 9 resistances are unnecessary.

99% of duels at lvl 9 are melee, most lvl 9 duelers wont even duel an ice blaster. they're not allowed in tourneys, its a BM char for the most part. lvl 9 is GM melee rules.

but if ur gonna make one you use the orb, not a ring.

FYI i made ranged VLLDs for years, but i had to make like 10 of them and loan them out just to get duels, no one else made any.
