Jewels are hard.
Is this good? Would it be good for lvl 9 lld?
Or are the rolls to low to be worth something?

they're grading clothes that they can profit from. just devaluing the jwls 15 max so that they would get 15-20 or even 30 for nothing. look at the world you live in....

lvl 9 is a very tight market and most of the guys look for close to perfect jewels only at this point. if the fire res would of been something like a 2nd dmg mod or a stat like 3 dex it would of been used and sellable but as is I don't see it being worth more then 30fg and hard to sell
