Shadows and Prophets... If it better then honor (it does) for Holy Shoker setup, i will demand not few fg... i know... 25% deadly strike etc... no ias in honor btw...

Hm attack speed is only relative if you have damage to go with it, the one I had didn't have ias; it's purpose was to provide a good buff to my team using physical damage...

Your scepter has ias, but lacks damage...it could have had a purpose with better mods but idk who could use this...

I'd say for that you'd probably want + killers more then ias imo, idk don't really play the char/build

id say shocker-concentrator. need new guide for 30 lvl. put in scepter 30 max dmg jwl and ok, not sure if it exist.... :baby:

12-18dmg is possible for lvl 30 but don't think one has been found yet
