has no value. bu rings like this are interessting for lvl 12 wit 1max 3min and good adds like mana energy life ar life rep resists

I am dumb i forgot one stat.
It is actually this:

ring
lvl 13
10 fcr
3 min dmg
19 ar
5 replenish life
25 cold resi
20 light resi

I forgot the 10fcr .... ^^
But fcr with melee stats is bad as well i guess - would be good with life/mana or something and the resis.

it's useable but not ideal base. lvl 18s look for Aerin or Crown and lvl 30s use Akaran Rondache/Akaran Targe and Crown shield.other then the base the rolls are pretty good. a lot of people are picky and look for perfect 65/121 but your rolls are still great for a new player looking to start out on a low budget

circlet is kinda interesting and holds some value. the staff has no value unless it was tele charges but only lvl 5 and 6 charges sell. altho 20fcr ammys are cool to see they hold no value unless basically perfect god rolls since your giving up 2 skills
