How much it could cost. It's low damage, but it hits several at once. Also having a ranged weapon on the swap is useful. Again, it's level 9, not much life there.

charai. normally the only circlet used that isn't a rare would be 20frw/30ed 2os, 40life/100+light dmg 2os or like a 40life/30ed 2os
