Oh I though you were rolling them at higher than 18 before... I didn't read all 90 posts So in my mind, I was like you will definitely get a smaller affix pool.

But the difference between 14 and 18 must be marginal in terms of extra available mods. Boots in general already have a small affix pool compared to say weapons.

no, i was getting fhr 1/4 at 14 and now im getting around 1/10 at 18 its retarded!

That makes sense though because fhr mod is a very low lvl req.
It would statistically be more common to roll. But the lower your crafter/item lvl, the less other mods will be available as potential adds.

But the best ones for a sorc are fhr and 25 plr and they are both extremely low lvl req

still have 500+ to craft, ill do that tomorrow.
blood boots or caster belts next. this is probably the best and worst time in d2 history to craft these (super cheap vs dead realms).
