i made it originally to be struck with a sledge yes lol. Its got a tapered end on one side and works well to bend over some of the more thick gauge steel, mostly it was just a project of mine becuase i had an old forged sledge that i found and i wanted to re-purpose it and already had a sledge myself. So i forged it into a flatter for the fun of it.
I never use it personally but when friends come over i fuck with them and say i do, then they macho contest starts until i bust out laughing and they realize i use a 3-5lb hammer for all serious work lol.
