Desynching which you all avoided to tell me is because your opponent only sees you walk as fast as your boots walk so you get away quicker.
Since that is legit I will be practicing it.

It resets every 15 seconds hm.

There is I can kill allot faster I get 15 seconds to sneak up on people now.
