change players: Hubson *100 v/t to Tureq *100 v/t

Yep some duels take forever and some are quick.
No way around this unless trying to find a smaller duel area or something.
Libby vs sorc is always a long boring duel.

when both players are reasonable, anything can work. some players are happy to go over the 30 minute limit. but again, if the duel is going on too long, pause it and call me or resume on a latter date. in particulary difficult matchups or long matches, or hostile matchups, i will permit a FT3. but these are exceptions.

note that in a hostile matchup i tend to simply TKO the hostile player (i.e. the one being overly defensive in playstyle or being verbally negative).
BE REASONABLE.
