when i follow here ur thread, then i guess that u get more and more subjective and not objective.
it looks like more and more that u try to set the rules in ur own way
but sorry, u are not the one who set the rules alone.
maybe a poll about some rules are the better way.

things like wsg were always bm, but it never appeared in a rule

and its not possible to put it into a rule, same as you cant put a rule vs defwhoring which is also bm.

but thats what a good player makes, to play fair and gm even if there is no rule against it

u will always lame players who do wwwwwwwwwwwwwsg and defwhore all the time, but thats more a nonladder then a ladder problem imo

I said everywhere and every time that the issues that matter will be set by a poll (where only the duelers get to vote that compete)
the polls will be held around the closing date of the tournament so I can contact every dueler that has signed up.

I fully agree that it are not my rules, but the rules of the duelers. I'm down with any vote.

The only thing I'v raised my voice against is the forbidden switching for 10 seconds rule because IMO its fucking nuts. but thats the only rule I'm fully against.

any other rule I'm down with. as long as the majority is in favour.

Accusing me of making a tour with rules that favour me.

I already expected the accusation because it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME someone organises a tournament. But now that it comes from you it hurts my feelings.

on nonladder @ mld wsg has been excessively abused. switching slots for the purposes of creating sync is banned. even that wording failed because people didnt understand it. the wording from harabec, which i agree with is as follows:

switching more than once without using an attack is forbidden. (u can shoot ga, switch to shield, switch to bow, shoot ga, switch to shield ...)

Dennis, i stopped posting rule discussions and have done it all privately recently. rule discussions on Jsp is a waste of time and effort imo. (too many arguments).

well, even if its almost too late:

im in for a change that ls trappers/hdins shouldnt be allowed to have 85fres. duelling 85fr ls trappers with banned wsg is unbalanced imo.
all in all im not too happy with the 85rule, but i understand that this rule once applied as es sorcs could else tank 75fr barbs..

a fire es sorc will tank anything with 75 fr

but well its true, is hard to kill invi hdins but with some pracitse u will be able to do that,too
