20ed/15max used in robos or at lvl 18 dueling as a top jewel and they only go for like 75fg

nope has no real purpose for dueling purposes.

MDR bug with the lightningdmg as well (i.e. effectively doing less dmg / effective heal is another way of thinking of it)
