as no dmg charms on that guy, the dmg range was pretty unbalanced on him ( ~200-1200 with 50% ds) with this new toy and another shield, he'll have about ~800-1200 dmg (i guess so).
i loose 50% ds , but i win better range, better avg dmg (technically) and amp is usefull for every1 in tvt, not like my old 50%ds )
what yo u say?

Doesnt matter, charge is direct hit so range doesnt matter. Only things that matter is dmg + ar.

With low range u can charge down ur opponent even if u are close.
With high range u should charge back and charge again to hit.
