yes. Amphetamines does, but not during a duell lol. If you are in dangerous in real life or police hunting you and you run away, concentration increased, yes.

Amphetamines are for poor people, i prefer cocain

not really, this bow just gives me a better edge. on dex build i cant 1 hit, but with this bow i might just be able to.
