19ed/7 max jwl lvl 9, seems to be very good for vlld, am I right?

could of rolled 20ed/9max and there kinda on the lower end of vlld jewels these days I think like 100-150 each so yours I don't really see even selling

no. pretty much only armors that are worth having eth rep for lvl 30 are ornates/mage plate/chaos armors and your gonna want 90-100ed with 2os and life ideally. scale mail is a bad base and has a low ed roll



yes like you said missing fcr and very low on ar and mana so it's not useable
