Top is an ok piece, 12 overall dmg is ok. maybe 15-20 fg imo. bottom one lacks too much dmg, close but with only 8 max its a super temps at best, like 1-5 fg.

can't say uve ever seen anyone use a 20fcr ammy over a 10fcr with 2 skills for lvl 30. always cool to see but it's really niche and not really valuable

I dont see much value in them. best bet would be to build a pair on something like maxroll and see what you could potentially get on mld boots

all are charsi. first helm needed +1barb or 2masteries and will need 2os and ideally little more life to be used. 2nd ne has nice life roll and that's it. the mld ammy is worse then most lld ammies so it wouldn't be used
