this is an interesting one. amazing AR and ED roll and not bad IAS. dmg is pretty low tho because of the base. thing like nagas are in the 150+ 1 hand dmg and battle hammers can easily hit over 200 1 hand so I'm not sure this would be used and it's a shame with those nice rolls. maybe post it tho and see if anyone has interest in it

Maybe some builds will like the 70 less str req vs. naga?

some low str builds exist, but typically with knout. high max low min, but 5 more ave dmg than flanged.

honestly i just think u got robbed on base, thats GG in a naga. post up and see if u get an offer, but its a temp at best imo.
