hi, i don't know a lot about LLD. Is this rare scepter useful at all? Lvl 30 and +5 holy freeze seemed interesting. but is holy freeze banned in gm duels?

holy freeze isn't really used so won't have any value

both are charsi. bow has low ed and bad base and no ias. armor needs a better base and more ED

would need much more ED and more ias
