Haha i know what you mean and i can't argue. My chars use to use all legit jewels, but these days I'm not too bothered, saves time and coins.

this spider is the best i have seen, sad that top SB's demolish it tho

not that hard to find decent jewels imo, and most of the time they're cheaper than the dupe shops
i dont see why you would want more than 5 str in that necro shield since you want to be able to use viper/frost/mages on insight swap
best option for necro block shield is shael rune(s) btw.

Your mlds are full of dupes, so lets not discuss the dupe jewels.
As for frosts i don't need them. Got 1.2k mana and i fix the shield. On switch i can use insight, yes viper wont be equiped but i won't be shooting on insight switch anyway, only running.

Also one thing to note, there hasn't been any good str/dex/mana jewels spawned for lld this ldr. Even though that's no excuse but just to answer your fact about the price and availablity.

Also i think shael runes are a waste unless dueling vs 7 fps Bowie.

Checked it yesterday - w/o jewel avg dmg is 202 - my 450ed +7-8 Shadow has got 213 avg. So you need some quite insane Shadow!
And 45 less dexreq allow to make a tankzon

yes, as i said it is probably #1 spider bow
but if you look at top SB's, even the ias one from phazz beats it ( 12 dex + 1 avg + 10 ias for gaze) which is quite sad, spider are very classy bows

Gaze isn't allowed btw, kinda stupid rule tbh. i havent compared dmg vs sick shadow bow but i expect a top shadow bow will ofc beat this spider.
but its still a cool bow and still unsocketed

You'd have to compare EVERYTHING then - quite complex.
With a 30-40ias 4xxed 2sox adds shadow you can use other than ed/ias jewels in your gear for example.
Always considered my shadow "not too bad" but this spider beats it by lenghts. So as long as i don't have a shadow like this...

sure if you can afford legit jewels and time to find the right ones,
else you just cannot beat a storm gyre for the bow sox

note that spider also allows higher vita setup and higher min dmg
