decent starter orb. ideally you wanna see 1-3 cold mastery aswell on these orbs tho. I would say 500 or so maybe less

most shields look for eth rep 80+ed 30/20 2os. the ones that done look for 30/20 2os and things like 17fhr/life rep/HFD/ATD/mana. ideally both bases would be bone shield or grim shield
