Both rings charsi. For lvl 9-18 stuff there’s a sticky you can look at so you don’t even have to post and wait for a reply here

lvl 9s look for things like 80ar/2str/2dex/5rep on there rings with adds like mana or can sub out str or dex for half freeze or dr1 and a caster would sub out the ar for fcr

bad base. 60 str is a little high for a rare belt build. ideally your gonna want 24fhr not 10 or 17. life and str are good but its missing mana roll aswell. it's useable for someone as a temp tho and the light res is nice
