Hi need to know if this is charsi:

Antlers, brown skin
3os
3nado
2hurricane

belt needs 24fhr/50+life/str or life rep/mana and res to be used.
ring is on the right track just low rolls and needed some stats on it aswell


yea bad base and lack of ias is main issues. would of also needed ethrep

someone could make a Lore in this if it was 2os for a temp but druids really look for rare 5nado helms with adds like 10fhr and 2os these days
