its not mine, its the culmination of the LLD Trophy room topic up to around 2018, with a couple of items since then included. ideally the D2R population can be educated not to charsi stuff like this.

the circlet you referenced is on east nonladder. James (Riox) shared the amazon out to just about everyone. it was a great character.
