yeah I recognize this as a problem and remember it from lvl 30 melee but still, idk, I feel like mana is a problem that can be solved elsewhere but gaining an ias frame is something that is more of a priority. You're right though I have never made an 18 melee, I've made 9 and 30 melees and just speaking off of what I did on those (successfully). But I wouldn't be putting 100%s on my opinions on 18 melee that's for sure. Just tossing out some food for thought
