and dclaw is perhaps unblockable.

had a pally standing still, MB, holy shield on, and both claws hit every time. no clue wtf thats about. not a duel, just testing.

question, why is ww-lock for ww barb banned?
from how i see it, its just a death sentence for them if they do it. desync is gone, you can just outrun it forever while hit-and-running.

in the original game, diablo 2, the barbarian could be invisible for the entire duel and you would be dead before you knew what happened. it was not a death sentance. not sure what it "looks" like in d2r.

just dueled one. desync is gone. you can safely remove that rule.
you can also remove the "tele staff is allowed" rule. i dont see a point in saying "doing this is allowed". just mention stuff if it isnt allowed.
