non-class lvl 30 skills are +6, so literally the lowest level it can be is 36. and that would be in greater claw (or a claw without staffmods available i.e. blade talon) not greater talon (gclaw base lvl 33, gtalon base lvl 37)

last time i checked the only way to get whirlwind as an available offclass skill at lvl 30 is with charges. you can set it to 1/0 charges and it essentially works as unlimited charges too, btw.

I like it. 10/10 in terms of uniqueness and usefulness for this specific build. I always love oddball chars. lmk what kind of jewel you're looking for the body so I can look around. I have like 3 x accounts full of rand rare jewels from buying unid accounts.
I usually overlook jewels with ele damage.

0/10 because the two downward pointing jewels should be on top and the upward pointing jewel on the bottom
