The difference is that any "decent build" paladin hdin or smite/charge(zeal) will have atleast 10k+ defense against a barb smite/charge(zeal) will have even more 12k+
For a barb to have any decent chances he will need ~~8k+ ar to get hits, without holy shield precast you take around 2/3 of the def so your down at 3-4k def and a lower block%

Also you wont be able to use damage reduction(%) So yes 1-2 hits and you are dead. How many hits do you have to land on a barb before he dies? 8? idk
I didnt like to play libby before and now i wont even think about making one

When i started LLD/MLD i was told that Maximum block was a must on every char if you didnt have max block it was suicide to duel, what happened here? Are we breaking the golden rule
of maximum block? LOL this rule is really a joke, well atleast i dont have to watch libbys win tours anymore. Their opponent has 2x more life than them.

Like its said there isnt really any good Windy's at eusc i guess that there aint really a "gg" mld barb neither, this core is runned by paladins + sorcs + ama.

This rule will only result in lame duels imo.




im not playing in pubs anymore, neither tvts. I know ive seen Domi (offensive)
playing iwth a libby, i think it was named STRONKEST and domi kept winning (not 100% sure that was the libbys name but 90% sure)

2nd. usually in my experience playing and watching duels the barb hits when the libby is at a wrong angle and stands still (due to synch) so im not sure i get your point?

there is no way u can make Barb vs libby a fair duel, licio and kuki are the best libby's there are thay wont lose vs barbs even if thay cant use a shield at all. think about that

Well as you say here they are quite good at a libby, problem is there isnt really any good barb players. So its not a question about the rules rather just drop the barbs, anyways there isnt many viable builds at a 49 barb

it is balanced, if u have no block on pala's eny lesser skilled libby's will lose 100%

but dont make it imbalanced for the char that was adv first

we did that for ama vs pala (reduced DR). more radical/fundamental changes to the rules may allow us to revisit this and/or other contentious rules but at the moment, the emphasis is on giving some of the "lesser" builds more opportunities to do well.

reducing frw, reducing repl, reducing (max) resistances, all are things being considered (on Bowa).
