Your basically saying you don't regret any of your actions from 2 months ago. You refuse to discuss the issues with me ingame or via pm to debate the issue, I asked you at least twice and you ignored me, instead you are posting here. I therefore see no option other then to keep the ban in place. Im sorry Paul, I opened the door, but without two-way communication, where we can discuss the issue, I cannot change my stance.

For a record of events in case I ever need to look back:

You endorced the theft.
Supported the user who benefitted from the theft.
Attempted to integrate the user into the community, when he knew full well that he was using stolen goods from my friends.
No remorse and no understanding as to why I was making an issue out of this.
2 months on, no change.
Refusal to discuss the issue via pm or ingame.

Multiple Ladder and Non-Ladder users quit as a result of the theft of the multiple accounts and several close friends now no longer play as a result. I'm now drawing a line under this chapter and moving on, I won't discuss this topic or be drawn on it further in this thread.

Reminder for everyone to please stay on topic.

Today is the last day for registering for this tournament, players have until 12 tonight to register, The official start date is tomorrow but if people want to start dueling today, you can now start. please pm your opponent, agree on a time to duel and record the results. please remember to be GM and considerate. You will likely be dueling Vs people that you have not dueled or met before and everyone has their own way of doing things. Please bear this in mind.

The first round is all vs all, so you will have to duel everyone in the tournament at least once prior to a possible qualification to a last 8 based on your score.

If there are any issues, i will be on from tomorrow evening [ i am not in-game at all today ]. I hope not to have to tweak any rule mid-tournament but I will if a serious problem arises. Also, if something happens and you both cannot agree, cease dueling and wait for my response.

Ferdia, im not gonna duel everyone... why would i? if i have enough points ill pass to the 8 enyway right? (wont happen but still IF i get 90% luck kills)
