I see now your point re: A claw without sentry.

so a claw : 2assa +shadowwarrior + dragonflight + MB would be needed vs amazon. no one would keep such a claw so it will be just about impossible to get. i guess when it comes to claws i will keep trying to tweak them a little to gain that little advantage in +skills, but I will have to settle on skilling them all (since i want them all).

note that vs a paladin i dont have the same problem, i just need a claw with mindblast (as I lay traps on dual claw setup).

use shield+sword (102 fcr) vs ama, is awesome - i like the increased fcr, claw with mods works too...

you have to skill MB whatsoever, 3 LS>x mb on claw whatsoever

I did. You get 100 damage more in the crazy claw setup (6,7K vs 6,6K).

I took a +24 traps setup (without claw and with +5 in synergies - and 1 in WoF) versus a regular +27 traps setup. So hardly a difference. If you take the +1 WoF away, the difference gets a bit higher.

Nothing spectacular in that sense. Fortunately, I guess.

I'm not so sure anymore. Only in TvT I can see its uses and it's easily solved by putting a spirit long sword in your stash. Just make sure you do not have dex on your DF claw.

However, I do agree that it's best to put a hard point in MB, SW, WB.

yar, I didnt skill SW/WB since I had both on claw (was pretty easy switch cast then back since I didnt need insight due to massive mana pool lol)

I never really liked DF, it was awesome if u actually got it in but in general it just fucked up lol
